JHernando installs 5-exit sorter system to optimize logistics classification at Hilti
Hilti recently partnered with JHernando to install a new sorting system at its headquarters in San Fernando de Henares, further streamlining its logistics operations.

The solution developed by JHernando features a 5-exit sorter specifically designed to optimize outbound logistics processes. Each output lane is assigned to a different shipping operator, enabling automatic sorting of orders based on their delivery channel.
This sorter system not only accelerates order preparation and dispatch operations but also significantly reduces error rates, improving traceability and control throughout the logistics flow. Its implementation strengthens Hilti’s operational capacity in demanding, high-volume environments.
